1. Digital Products and Resources
1.1 Downloadable Resources
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of downloadable resources, including but not limited to e-books, budget templates, financial planning tools, and other digital materials, are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated or the product has been delivered.
However, if you are unable to download or access your purchased digital product due to technical issues on our end, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you with accessing your purchase or provide a refund.
1.2 Online Courses and Workshops
For online courses and workshops:
- If you are dissatisfied with a course or workshop, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course content.
- To request a refund, you must submit a detailed explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations.
- Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer support team.
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period.
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund if you have not extensively used the services.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription services:
- If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial annual subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund if you have not extensively used the services.
- If you cancel after the first 14 days but before 30 days have elapsed, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the subscription cost.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30 days from the start of the subscription.
- If you choose to cancel after 30 days, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your annual billing cycle.
3. Consulting Services
3.1 Scheduled Consultations
For scheduled financial consulting sessions:
- If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling, at our discretion.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
- If a consultant is unable to attend a scheduled session, we will offer rescheduling options or a full refund, at your choice.
3.2 Custom Financial Planning Services
For custom financial planning services:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate custom financial planning services.
- If you decide to cancel the service after work has begun but before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance, less any costs incurred and work completed.
- The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the percentage of work completed.
- No refunds will be issued after the final deliverables have been provided.
4. Events and Webinars
4.1 Live Webinars and Virtual Events
For live webinars and virtual events:
- Refunds may be requested up to 7 days before the scheduled event.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost or receive access to the event recording (if available).
- If an event is canceled by Valentrio, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event, at your choice.
4.2 In-Person Workshops
For in-person workshops and seminars:
- Refunds may be requested up to 14 days before the scheduled workshop.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the workshop may be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop.
- If a workshop is canceled by Valentrio, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop.
5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
5.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our products or services, please contact our customer support team immediately. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may offer a refund or alternative solution at our discretion.
5.2 Product or Service Quality
If you believe that a product or service does not match its description or is of unacceptable quality, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with detailed information. We will review your request and may offer a refund, replacement, or other appropriate solution.
5.3 Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you need to request a refund outside of the terms specified in this policy due to extraordinary circumstances, please contact us with an explanation. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and make a determination at our sole discretion.

- Include your order number or subscription information
- Provide a detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account will depend on your payment method and financial institution.
